Making sure I leave this review as soon as pulling out of the parking lot of this despicable car wash so that the owner knows the people working today are responsible for losing a customer. The gentleman who takes the money and the gentleman who starts at the machine are the nicest people. The people cleaning the cars are lazy and rude. I paid for a full car, wash inside and outside including my mats. I handed the guy a tip and got into my car ... then I had to literally ask him for his towel....So that I could clean the door, the dash and the middle console myself. All they did was the windows and the floor mat.I don't even think they wiped out a single piece of the inside of my car. And all they had to do was the front driver/ passenger. I asked them not to touch anything in the back because it t was already loaded with beach equipment. I passed three car washes to come over to this one specifically because they used to be good.This is the second time i've had a bad experience.And the last time I will ever come back to this car wash. Easily the worst car wash I've ever been to. I usually go to Soaktown but decided to try this one because it's closer to my house. I used the complimentary basic wash. Wash was ok. Absolutely could've gotten the same or even better results washing it myself at home. What really pissed me off was after the wash. They make you pay additional money to use their vacuums. And on top of that you have to dry the car yourself. I also asked a female worker for some help figuring out the vacuums and she was not kind at all. Barely spoke english (or if she did- then she was straight up refusing to talk to me) so instead of properly directing me, she loosely flailed her arm in the direction she wanted me to go. No smile. No hi/hello. Seriously just a terrible experience. I'll be sticking to Soaktown for sure. Great washes, incredibly friendly staff, so quick to answer questions/help you, complimentary vacuums that are strong & work well, and when it's not too busy they use their free time helping their customers dry their cars! Best of the best for sure. Atlantic Ave in Baldwin for anyone interested lol

Great service! Eduardo is very good at detailing. Also, everyone is very kind and helpful. ATM inside. You can get monthly membership which is also helpful.

I usually go to another car wash but I decided to give this one a try because it is up the block from me . For this car wash to have 4.4 stars my experience here was very disappointing. I pulled up to kiosk(which was fancy) and chose Harry’s VIP wash for 20$ , 22$ after tax . Me being in rush to pick up my child , I assumed everything was included because it said VIP . I was wrong . I pulled up to enter the wash and was not greeted by anyone. They also did not scrub my car with a sponge while entering . I came out, drove around to park my car by the vacuum and the workers , just to find out they don’t even towel dry your car , you have to dry it yourself. Then I go to dry it and see parts of the car were still dirty and my windows had water marks. Next time I know to stick with the car wash I been going to. I pay 18$ for a car wash where they great you , they hand wash it with a sponge , no water marks are left on my windows , in between my doors are cleaned and vacuum and towel dry is included . I basically wasted 22$ on a wash I could have done in my backyard.

VERY GOOD CAR WASH! I GOT THE VIP WASH WITH INTERIOR CLEANING COMBO WHICH WAS AROUND $60. THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. WAS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. WHO WOULD BE NICE THOUGH IF THE PRICE WOULD’VE BEEN A TRUE COMBO PRICE INSTEAD OF SEPARATE. THINKING ABOUT GETTING THE VIP WASH UNLIMITED; WAS DEFINITELY A GOOD EXPERIENCE. WORTH THE MONEY; ESPECIALLY IF YOU GET THE UNLIMITED PLAN. (THE YELLOW TYPE OF SUBSTANCE YOU SEE ON THE CAR IS TREE SAP.. THEY SAID TO MOVE IT I WOULD NEED TO DO AN ACTUL FULL DETAIL. THEY ALSO DO TINTING HERE.)
